Team 3

Goal:

The goal of the 518 Team 3 project is to create a online cafeteria system that students/faculty can use.
To achieve this goal, our team uses agile process with the spiral model in evolutionary model.
Our team divide the project to 4 sprints phases.

• Sprint 1: Is to create the database and the module of the Cafeteria Manager(the Administrator) to have basic functionalities like view, add, delete the database. As for Student/Faculty in this stage can view the website, with no requirements to log in. This is to let the manager add Menu to the databases.

• Sprint 2: After sprint 1, the main focus on sprint 2 is ordering system, build the ordering system for the customer to use(require login).

• Sprint 3: In this sprint the main focus is the backend stuff, for the Cafeteria Manager and staff for adding the completeness of the ordering system in the backend.

• Sprint 4: In final sprint, the goal is to total clean up the website with better design and professional looking, easier for the users to understand and use and also the payment system. In this sprint, the user can pay using credit/debit card or also their meal account.

About the Website:

This website is used to let our team get the updated information/post information that they have done, also let
the professor Chen know what we had done and working on. The project that we are building is: http://robotics.ils.albany.edu:8080/.

• Requirements Pages: These are functional requirement and goal pages for each sprint.

• User Stories: This page contain information about the user stories we are implementing to the project for this sprint. Also this webpage contains the testing documents for each sprint.

• Database Schema: This page contain information about the database tables we are using for the project.

• Test cases: These are the pages for testing cases documents and list bugs.

• Presentation Reviews: This is where we put the presentations and its file.
